I started Atkins last year ( 2012 ) and lost 18lbs. After the initial Induction week, some things happened and I went off my diet. Now, I will start all over and see what happens!
91.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
