Last night I made the Lemon Shrimp with Spinach and tomatos, didn't quite like the flavor. The recipe also called for rice. So I had couscous instead. I had a half serving of the couscous hoping it would not affect the weight loss, but it did... So I will have to work out hard today in order to make up for not losing anything today.
