So I had sushi last night with hubby. Not on the diet, but I limited myself to 10 pieces. I of course busted the 500 calories. Probably should have dumped the rice... the bright side is I still lost a half lb, so I'm not too upset with myself. : )
92.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I LOVE Sushi... You can have them make it with less rice... I haven't had sushi in like 2 months... I think I'm going to have to have some while on vacation!
