Still at 12-7 - it's my birthday tomorrow and the 25 lb I have lost so far is the best birthday present I could have given myself. I ran into a friend I'd not seen for a few months on Friday night and was accused of being half the woman I was... and told I was looking really good. That was a great moment!
I'll be wearing swimsuits in the next week, in public, for my holiday in Spain - and am not too concerned about it. Just need to keep up with the low carb-ing - this might be a challenge in Spain, with a fussy family to feed as well, but as I am feeling and looking so much better for it it would be a shame not to continue.
