Knowing that other people can see my progress is really motivating me to keep dieting. I now just HAVE TO MAKE myself lift weights at least 3 times a week!! I CAN DO THIS. I only work part time so have no excuses.
72 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
