Hi, this is Xroads, I joined fatsecret last night after another binging weekend. I have been trying to lose weight since I gave up smoking 4 years ago but every year I just put on a few more kilos and now need to lose at least 10kg. Also going through menopause so that is really not helping either. My main problem is weekends, our whole weekend revolves around catching up with friends, eating and drinking so undo anything good that I might have achieved through the week (but it's such fun).
I know beer is fattening but I don't get hangovers from it....any ideas without swapping beer for water or staying home for ever?
