Had a couple of Pork Tenderloins, so I coated them in a mixture of crushed Pork Rinds, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Italian Seasoning and a wee bit of Pepper, then baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Added a cup of Spinach for a deliciously satisfying meal with only 438 calories, 1.95 net carbs, and an outstanding 68.70 grams of protein. That's what I would call a winning combination.
