Bulan kemaren turun 4 kg tp bulan ke dua ini cuman 2 kg alhamdulilah sih, mungkin gara gara makan kurang d atur jg, maklum jd panitia 😅
79 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
