i did sooo well yesterday... didnt eat anything except two rice cakes with peanut butter. until dinnertime. then i ate pita chips and humus... bad idea. lost nothing yesterday :'(
73.6 kg Lost so far: 20.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
