Not much to show for hunger pains! I will just celebrate that I didn't gain and stopped the runaway train. Worried that this weekend I have another family b-day party and not having cake will be noticed. The other times I have done phase 1 were all in the winter during periods of relative hibernation on my part. This time the parties are killing me! (And I do love them so....)

You can always get a small piece, cut a few "bites" off of it... act all happy and full and just toss it as if you had some! =D *key: get fork covered w/frosting and make a bit of a mess on the plate* :) Fill up on good for ya foods and some protein before going and offer to bring a south beach friendly snack or dish too. You can do it!! Have a great time!
