Consists of 2 Eggs, 2 Turkey Bacon Strips, 2 Breakfast Links, along with 3 Tomato Wheels w/Mayo. Less than 6 Net Carbs. Today's Weight (315lbs) Minus 62lbs, only 95 to hit my Goal (220) Winning!
