This is my "Me" summer. I'm dedicating it to losing weight and exercising---two things I hate to do but know I have to do to be healthy. I also need to work on that negative attitude about all this! So at my highest weight ever (since giving birth many yrs ago), I begin the ME process---with a little help from my friends.

Thanks, Veggies yuk! It's been a long first day, but I'm hanging tough. I did make one of the recipes already---the flaxseed muffin. My hubby sort of made fun of it, but I liked it.
