Grr, 180 again :(

still, I've been walking lots - and have even started trying to run... and am doing reasonably well with the food too. The scales will go down again...
81.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
