I had a conversation with my coach, and we realized that the first thing I’m doing wrong is my goal. Since I arrive to 110 kg I feel like I’m stuck and I can’t lose anymore weight. But she explained this is something normal, it’s a way for my body to adjust to my new weight. And she gave me a challenge to maintain the weight for 3 months. No other dietician or pt or anyone had told me to maintain the weight while I’m not even half way done, but I’ve been liking her method so far, so I accepted. What do you guys think ?
