still at 180 - bloody hormones... still, I did lose more than expected last week so swings and roundabouts, I suppose... I'm keeping to the plan and it WILL go down... this week has been a challenging one what with the time of the month, and it being half term and all.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
