Up another lb :( Seriously hoping it's time of the month as the alternative doesn't bear thinking about - although I would have hoped to have started by now. A little concerned. Given the unexpected 2lb loss earlier this week it's not really a big deal - obviously it would be nicer to see the scales heading down, not up - but I know I have stuck to the plan well and have also been exercising more this week - 2 miles on Weds & Thurs; 4 on Fri) so it's unlikely to be blubber gain.
