This is how much weight I lost in 5 days, which is before I joined this site.
I AM SOOOOO STOKED!!!!!!
we have been eating great and tasty food so I don't feel like I am missing out on anything. I am SO shocked and surprised and inspired to do even more.
My next goal is to get some moderate exercise in. I haven't had a lot of physical activity since having major brain surgery 1.5 yrs ago, for a ruptured aneurysm.
This is very encouraging for me :)
76.6 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
