hmmm... 1lb up... not really surprising given that I had a 3-course meal out last night. Felt a bit stuffed when I got in as well despite eating only 2/3 of the starter, avoiding the rice with the main - but polishing off all the pudding plus 2 glasses of wine. As I say. not really surprising. But a "protein-only" day or 2 should sort me out and have the scales heading downwards again. I did wonder whether I should (a) not weigh myself this a.m., or (b) weigh myself but not record it, but decided that being honest with myself was more important.
