Wow! I joined the what I want to weigh on my birthday months ago and I said 220 lbs. Today I am 222 lbs and I have 4 more days to hit my goal!! CHEER ME ON FRIENDS!!!!! That will be a total of 26 lbs from when I started in February
100.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Alright, Marlene. That is fantastic. Doesn't it feel great to set a goal and reach it? You can get to your goal weight by your birthday, and by the way, Happy Birthday, 4 days early!!
