Slipping and slipping all the time ☹️
72.3 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, if you total your calories for the week and be under that instead of being under everyday it helps, that way you can eat takeaway, well at least twice a week🤘🏻

Gees honestly this is nothing for a woman (could merely be your cycle). You can very quickly turn that around if you get back on track. Seriously you can shoot up 4/5lbs in a day just from water retention... really do not sweat it you can do it!!

I agree with bubblegum, I don’t crave bad food much but where I slip is when I don’t have any food in, can’t be bothered going to the shops, then I get too hungry to be bothered planning something healthy. Where as if you buy for the week, you know what you’re having, make sure you don’t have other tempting food in the house, it’s easier to stick to I find!

1.3kg is nothing could just be abit of water retention jump back on the scales in a few days and see what it's saying
