My name Mark I’m 32 and a training PT, I’ve been into fitness for around 5 years now, watched a programme that said people don’t appreciate the best technology given and that’s the body they possess, really hit me that I should look myself for me and my family.
I have 2 dogs that finally get walked everyday lol, I work full time but always wake up early for gym before the grind! It’s difficult but I’m smashing a low carb diet, plenty of protein!
Anyways just wanted to fill this out for some information for everyone
