The exercising has been going well. I have also been disciplined in my eating schedule and that might have been the missing key to kickstarting my weightloss. In the morning after a 20 minute exercise session (one day cardio, next day resistance training) and getting dressed, I eat a hard boiled egg. For lunch, I will eat another boiled egg or maybe yogurt and nuts. I sip on Sam's water throughout the day. When I get home, I eat my dinner or if I don't want to cook, I will stop by Golden Corral and get a take out container and choose things they have on the bar that are good on protein and low on carbs.
