I am off track,not bad tho at gaining one pound.Hopefully next wk will do better.

Haven't been counting the pts or writing down food but was trying to keep close to doing right.We have been walking some too.Hope next weigh in I can hve 2 lbs.off.
Also I am under alot of stress right now too n am trying to stay on top of things here.

So proud of myself.Started in September to lose doing calories but hve gone back to counting points with WW points plus and doing better.Was 292 and hve struggled to stay on coarse but not too much an effort now.I also am taking Resveratrol with green tea in it.Doesn't race my heart or do the energy but does help on filling full.I do eat filling foods n they keep you from being hungary too.So that is my story so far and I aim to stay on coarse at age 73.Doing this for my health too.God bless if anyone reads this.
