wow. I had a stressful day today. And I still manage to stay below my 1600. NOT much.. bet still below. I think I am becoming more aware. whew

Ocean Spray Cran-Grape Juice 240cals.. for two 8oz servings?? are you freakin kidding me?? ITS FREAKIN JUICE.. ITS POSE TO BE GOOD FOR YOU. Sweet Bajebus. Just under 300 on allotted cal intake now because of it. I had done way better then that all week. gesh. I did not work out today. I took a day off from it since I am just now starting back after a week. I will work out Friday and I figure sometime Sunday if I can to make up for Thursday cause my Saturday is looking busy. I want to work out at least Five days a week if possible. Still need to get a jump rope for my jump rope challenge. Doing good and the push-up challenge and AWESOME on the water challenge. I need to do a sit up challenge.

today was snack day at work. they had Mcdee apple pie. 250 cals. Did I have one? yes... I did. And to be honest. I was a bit disappointed in it. So it will be easier to pass up if they have those again. I dont feel so bad about it. Even after I eat tonight I should still be under my mark. I mean yes..I could have been 250 less but I do not want to deprive myself of NEVER eating sweets again. Just going to have to count it in and cut back else where IF I decide to do so. On a good note. Plan on going to the gym again today. After two days of the gym.. I already notice a diffeance of how I feel the next day. Of course I have been sleeping better also. I use to be lucky to get 3-4 hours of sleep a night. I deff see a better change for myself and I must say I am pretty excited about it.

today I only ate, I think, 76% of my allotted calories. So not to bad. And I made it to the gym today for the second day in a roll. Drank above my 64ozs of water. AND I FEEL GREAT! Have my breakfast, lunch, and snack planned out and packed for work already tomorrow. AND entered so I dont have to do it later. lol. I will be adding some pickles but I forgot what kind they are and they are at work. But I think It will still be right at 500 for the day. Still have no idea what I will eat for dinner tomorrow but I am sure it will come to me. RIGHT NOW the hardest thing is watching the bf stuff mini reese peanut cups in his mouth and I cant have a DAMN ONE!! (as he says mmmmmmhummmmm as I read that part out loud to him. lol)

wow. just entered my meal for breakfast, lunch, and snack, today. how did it get so high? I only will less than 700 to spare for dinner tonight. I will make it work. It will be ok. oh yeah POSITIVE note.. I am not sore. I was so surprised!!
