gawd I love Sushi. It was so good. Its hard to count the calories however due to I am not sure which rolls have how much.. so I added extra pcs to my dairy to hopefully make up for what I ate. Even then if not, I am still under. So I think all is well.

Not the greatest eating day today. CORRECT... was A GREAT eating day.. not the healthiest and I TOTALLY blew over my cal intake. Will do better in the next few weeks. Just needed a day to eat what I wanted for dinner. However. I DID stop at half of everything. DID not insist to myself to finish it all clean. So I do give myself props for that. The bad thing is I had two tall bud lights. yeah... shame shame.. but dang it was good. sigh.. no more beer for a while now.

Today is a struggle to not stress eat. UGH. SOO far behind at work due to the stupid snow days. I mean.. ONE snowday ok.. but TWO?? Why oh why cant people in the South drive in the snow? WHY? I just dont get it. ITS no differant from the roads up North and they get WAY more snow/ice. ppfftt.. ok.. see that was better then a candy bar.
