Suggest some low calorie drinks. I need something refreshing and sweet for the summer that isn’t coke zero or soda water. Something fruity but without the sugar

To stay within my carbs limit I’m going to ‘save’ them for later by basically not eating them in the morning. Just gonna load up on eggs and viennas and greens.

Anticipating exiting the 90’s by the end of the month. Aaayyyeeeee
Stay consistent. And with that know that little slip ups along the way did not hamper the progress if you get back on the wagon. This Trust the process.
