Sate jamur tiram, rendah kalori dan tinggi serat. 100gr cuma 36 kal aja. Ini pake bumbu kacang sisa pecel semalam. Bumbu kacang tinggi kalori, jd sy batasi cm 1sdm aja. Cara buatnya mudah, tinggal cuci jamur, peras, tusuk2 dan panggang. Happy Tummy 😋😘

Ini snack sore sy. Cuma 96 kalori dan rasanya super yummy. Caranya gampang, nanas ditaburi cinnamon dan panggang. Aq suka yang gosong2 gitu, rasanya spt karamel. Kalo ditambah madu lebih enak lagi, tp sy skip karena sy diabetes dan mengurangi manis.

Bekal lunch siang ini. Sayur urap, tahu bakar, ikan peda bakar bumbu padang, nasi shirataki. Total 352 kalori. Sy ga bisa hanya makan rebus2an aja. Terlalu menyiksa rasanya. “Taste” makanan tetap harus diperhatikan spy bisa istiqomah dan enjoy prosesnya
