All about HABIT. I started a new habit a year ago, eating poorly and now I am 25 lbs heavier. I just cannot do that anymore.
So new habits.
Get sleep, get up when I wake up, and eat smarter.

Feeling pretty good although many more days where I am hungry. Need to commit to exercise and more salads and fewer carbs. Anyway, I am where I was on New Year's day but I am going in the right direction and I don't absolutely hate myself.
