Happy New Year Fat Secret family! I wish you all success for each of you, and your respective weight programs this coming year. We are going to rock it!
I thought of several songs to kick the new year off with, but somehow, they all seemed rather cliche`. Like: We will rock you, or rock you like a hurricane, and several others. So rather than go that route I'm going down another path. My musical tastes are varied, with a few exceptions, so I am starting the year, and adding to my workout playlist, pianist Lionel Yu's rendition of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata titled: Moonlight Sonata Nightmare (https://youtu.be/yNXw2EAswdo)
Please ignore all the disco lights, but the piano and dub are amazing. ;)
