Eliminating popcorn, even the 94% fat free kind. Just too many carbs. My depression is still not any better. Will tell dr about it,on my next visit.

Having issues with my depression. It is so hard to stay true too a diet; when you are unhappy. Food is my comfort; now I just try to push through it.I'm going to try doing more exercises, see if that helps. More later
