Down a tad today. 208.0
I felt like i would have been down a lot more, my body is tight, I feel good, and I am motivated again. Funny how that works.
Rode the bike last night in the cold weather, upper 60's. The wind was light, unless I was speeding! I had a windbreaker, and long fitness pants on. Ended up being hot and ditched the windbreaker. Then my upper body was cold, while my legs were hot. I will figure it out. I did sweat.
Yesterdays meals & RDI was OK. Would have been better without the mashed potatoes, but DD wanted me to cook her something, so I had a few myself.

Woohoo, I lost a whole kilo sinc.. Oh, yeah. Hey! I lost 2.2 lbs since yesterday Jack!
Yesterday I ate pretty good. Lunch was my grilled chicken & rolls & slaw. Small portion of slaw, and I like it!
Dinner wifey cooked chicken and veggies and we had it with dump soup, with a splash of rice. Dump soup is the WW Cabbage soup we make. Our daughter calls it dump soup for some reason, lol. I was about to blow off all exercise because it was cold & windy, but wifey got me up for a walk. So we took an hour long walk, and I did a bit of jogging. Sore in different places today, and that is a good thing.
I then made some rice pudding. It was not good, just like I remember!
Busy at work again, they are cutting into my schoolwork time!

Down a tad today.
Busy at work. Just had my cereal.
Yesterday was super lazy day. I finished up some homework, played video games, and did no exercise. I ate too much probably.
Dinner was nice - eggs, veggies, turkey meatballs, on a pita.

Up a bit from the weekend cheat day scenario.
I worked out hard on the bike though, and feel pretty good about the week. Glad it is December, and I look forward to 2013. A few unknowns on the horizon, like a job at the end of the year! But, I am making preparations by finishing my degree. I have enough people wanting me to come back to the states I could fill a small stadium, so I rekon I am a very lucky man.
I have a little bit of homework left to do today. Last night I did some that I had procrastinated all week on, then was left to find out it was quite a daunting task even for a computer person like me. Turns out it was much easier than it initially appeared. I will tell you that 1 hour where I was completely lost was a dark time! Then when I got it done (and felt good about it!) it seemed so easy.
Yesterday we ate pretty good. Of course there was left over cheesecake, and a few pieces of KFC. That was sampled ONLY after my bike ride and chores! I also made turkey meatballs and veggies for dinner. So it was not too bad of a day. The kids liked it.
We started setting up the tree. Kids will finish today I think? I dunno.
Well, Off to do the day! Schoolwork time. Bike ride in afternoon, or a walk. My legs are wicked sore this weekend. I think because of the 20MPH winds I have been riding in.

Up a bit on Friday. I am ok with it for some reason! lol.
Yesterday I made a big cheesecake, and while eating I "sampled" many pieces of the ingredient (peppermint laced white chocolate). It is a holiday cheesecake I am making for us, and also as a treat for my Daughter who had a birthday this week. We are also have some KFC and mashed potatoes! There was a few other snacks that could have happened too, lol. Boys were spending the night and doing a lot of grazing in the kitchen.
Took a very nice bike ride this AM. I have a colleague that works down the hall who just came here from Japan. Turns out he is a cyclist too. So we rode together this AM. He has a single speed cyclocross hybrid deal. Anyway, he cannot downshift and go slow like me, so I went about 1MPH on average faster. Long story short, it was a very strenuous ride, and 23 miles in hard wind. Coming up the last hill I though I was gonna die!
I feel great now! All muscular and everything.
Plus I ate 3 bacon/egg/cheese biscuits! XD
