Hi,
It has been ages since I have been here to give any progress. It has been a long road. There have been good days and bad days. The last time I had put down an entry I had issues with my blood pressure. It escalated I got really sick I spent quite a bit of time in and out of hospital. Since 2014. I did also add on quite a number of kilos...(That made me sad) As I got better and started healing. I started eating better, Making better food choices and I now don't take sugar anymore, if you remember I was asking for help on how to stop taking sugar... I struggled and but opted for Stevia and now I gradually cutting that out as well. I have a piece of dark chocolate once in awhile… but the sugar monster is gone!

At my heaviest weight I got to 143.7 Kilos (316 lbs) Ok So, I was wondering about how I could post some pictures because I would have liked to show you the progress. I have not been able to sadly. Maybe next time. So yes I have to owned up to my heaviest weight ...(Yikes!!!) and yes I am happy I have lost the weight.

So I guess I should explain go back to the beginning...Before I got sick I was depressed after my 2 children died in 2003 and 2008. I did not seek help I bottled it all in and I carried my pain as my weight. I never spoke about it because I just couldn't put it into words. I hid in my work and created beautiful pieces of Art its was my solace and my source of light, I guess. Life catches up to you when you don't exercise and eat right. In 2014 I began to get very sick My Blood Pressure was the 1st indicator something was wrong and in 2015 had my 1st seizure. Anyway my story & healing continues,it is all good now, I have a daughter to fight for too. I am now better, off most of the medications the doctors had me on since I am much better now plus I have now lost 32.3 Kilos (71.2 Lbs)... I now weigh 111.4 Kilos (245.59 Lbs). I still have about 35-40 Kilos (77- 88 Lbs) to go I think to reach my correct BMI. That is my update since I was here last in 2014.

It has been 3 weeks of stress and over indulgence because I was feeling unwell. My blood pressure went through the roof and the Doctor has put me back on meds. I am a bit upset at myself for indulging in some chips (fries), Potato crisps,samosas and sweets...None of which were I should have eaten and I did...Trust me I felt like a naughty child right after, I still feel bad.
So I got the courage to get on the scales again and sure enough I have put back on 1 kilo... which was hard work to shed off. My friend has brought me T25 Alpha and asked that I give it a try since it worked for her. So I start back on the Fat Loss Laboratories Meal Plan again. This time no cheat days.

PS,
I have been wondering how people kick the Sugar habit.... I have yet to know how to say No to toffees....Any ideas?
