I’ll take it. Even with 3 pieces of pizza yesterday. Now we just have to make through the 4th.

Gained a little. All good. I cheated a little this week. I have lost 18 lbs so far this year. I turn 48 in two months and hope to be a steady 180. And improve and workouts. 6’ 2” and 181.8 not bad.

22 hours into my first fast. I was shooting for 24 hours, but I’m thinking about going for 36. I’m not really even hungry. I did have a 2 hour span around lunch where I was craving food but that didn’t last. It’s not so bad so far.

Who else loves potatoes?? 🥔. I’m trying to give up meat. I’m about 90% there. However I can’t give up potatoes. Baked. French fries. Mashed. Hash browns. Maybe it’s because I don’t care for much other vegetables. Carrots are good.
