This is my first weigh-in in a long time that I haven't seen a drop in my weight! All the extra calories I've eaten over the past week are showing through my number on the scale. It was a huge change for me to be eating double the snacks I used to have, and I struggled a lot the first few days. But based on my weigh-in, I think the struggle was well worth it.

On Saturday, I went out to eat hot pot with my family, and gosh it was great! I must've had over 700 calories. Sunday, I went out to the movies and had 530 calorie lunch. Those two instances were a huge leap of improvement for me as I have a lot of difficulty eating enough calories.

It's definitely a challenge for me to be pushing all these calories down my throat when everyone else is looking for ways to save them. It's hard not to look at others. But I do feel like it's getting easier.

Although I didn't gain weight, I'm not losing it. And that's a great start. So hopefully I can keep my good streak up and begin an upward trend.
