Well I fell off that wagon and was dragged behind it once again. I have my 10 yr reunion in 47 days so I would like to try again. I also have my best friend in the world, wedding at the end of Aug. I want to look good... (and HOT OF COURSE!!!)

OOPS, feel off the wagon. Good things I only gained 1lb. I feel that I gained 20, though. I want to focus hard, before any Holiday weight attacks me.

10 DAY GOAL - 5LBS:
I feel so guilty! I have not been making myself stick to my diet. Now I have a get together coming up, where I am going to feel like the fat Wife. (Which usually drives me to add on the pounds). I have to committ to the next 10 days and hit it full force!!! I don't want to go there knowing that I did nothing at all. Wish me luck!

Slowly getting back on the healthy eating wagon. The exercise wagon not so much. Having a hard time finding the energy to get up and moving. My favorite show is on tonight, Biggest Loser! I like watching it because it is so motivating.

I'm having a REAL HARD TIME getting back on track since Vegas. Takes the good food and you wants more. I told myself that if I hit a snag to set mini goals and start from scratch. I set one last week, but I am going to hold myself to starting it tomorrow. I have that mental block that tells you that Monday is the best day to start fresh. And that is what I'm going to do. Tomorrow just happens to be Monday and I am going to do what it takes to finish the week STRONG! Wish me luck:0)
