sorry i didnt write yesterday....i wasn't going to work out at all yesterday but i just have to when i dont i feel like crap and i dont like that feeling...my size 18 and 16 are falling off of my waist and thats a great feeling last night i did two rounds of rev abs and this morning i did too and i will walk on my lunch and as well tonight i wont go to the gym but i will start my slim in 6 but saturday back to the gym...i love feeling in control of my life and my body and i know whats right and whats not..now i notice i get full quick idk whats that about but i like it hahahahaha...i need to find a delicous protein shake because i can do meal replacement with those with some fruit YUMMMMMMMM...i am happy today HAPPY FRIDAY :)

i am super happy yesterday i recieved alot of compliments and i managed on my lunch to walk and when i got off of course i went to the gym lol...but my husband said wow baby you looking good and then my 2 year old said the same in his little voice hahahaaha..that was all i need to motivate me to keep it up...i will just keep my head held high and truly not try to kill myself but focus on my goal and i already booked a shoot for a boudoir session with a photographer in AUG so i really have to get it tight before but hey my goal is coming along :)

yesterday was a sucky day for me and i was feeling like poo but today i am doing much better i work my butt off this morning on my work out video and i am super tired..today i just want to drink plenty of water and really focus on my goals and seeing my body at 150...wish me luck and just keep praying for me

hey everybody...i have not weighed my self at all and i am actually going to do it friday but i have been working out all this weekend but today i am going to take a break i am actually a little sad...i am just down in the dumps and really just giving up not on my weight loss but UGHHHH...hopefully tomorrow things will be better...i ate at Mexico resturant but i didnt finish my food and normally i would..but just pray for me and my family
