hey folks...i am totally burnt since last night i did 1 hour of zumba and then 30 mins on the treadmill and this morining i did rev abs and slim in 6 and tonight i am going back to the gym for only 50 mins today since they close early and i get off at 7 pm today est....but i did drink my meal replacement and have been full since then....weekend starts after this crazy work day ( i work in a hospital) but i will talk to you all monday love and peace..

hey everybody...last night i didnt do NOTHING i was such a grouch it was crazy but this morning i did do a 1 hour 30 mins Revabs and 30 mins SLim in 6 and for breakfast i made a kick A** meal replacement shake that got me full omg and now i drinking water and since yesterday i did eat chipotle the rest of the week i will take it easy and stay away from salts because especially PMS and salt dont mix so i will not be weighing in until july 5th 2013 so we can get a good idea..my goal is to loose my weight before my bday sept 23 2013 and for my 1 year wedding anniversay..

this is my second time writing today i am PMSing and i had a craving for chiptole and there chips and guac so i ate it and now i feel like a cow....but i can't truly blame myself it is the hormones :( so i will learn from today and will work out to my DVDs when i get home and start my new day over tomorrow with my meal replacement shakes mmmmhhh yummy..

i have a early morning today so i couldn't work out like i wanted to or at all i had to be at work at 7 am...so today on my lunch i will walk and of course when i get off work i will go to the gym. yesterday for dinner i cooked my husband (spanish food) hes latino..tosados and he loved it i have a few bites of his and i just felt a little sick...maybe becasue i haven't ate meat in awhile but i went to go make my shake this morning but my strarberries we rotten..:( so i have to go get more today but happy hump day everyone.
