today I ate food on my nono and he** naw list lol, I ate a bagel with cream cheese. After I ate one I ate another which normally I would feel so guilty but to be honest I am stuffed and I feel a little more energy than I felt for a while. I normally eat semi healthy and I guess run on about 80 percent full, To be honest I like to stay moving and food sometimes slows me down. Well to get back to completely pulverizing my calorie limit today I will regret it soon enough. On the flip side I am hoping that I get a little boost I have a tabata workout tomorrow track workout and I have been going to dancehall class just for this month.

I have never worked out so hard to stay exactly the same. I actually thought my scale was stuck on it hates me😂 I know the science behind everything but geez almost everday I have 20000 steps more than ever but I digress. Rant over counting down both my yoga race and convention and have started practicing meditation. Calming nerves and getting me grounded

This week has not been the greatest esp as weight goes. The stress has taken over and reared it's ugly head. Eating has not been horrible and I have found several protein shakes that have not been horrible such as cocotein.
I have race this weekend and I have not prepared as usual so I am really hoping on inner muscle memory haha. I started lifting weights using different dvds and although some are challenging I have fun at the gym which is something I have not been able to say for a while.

This weekend as usual I occupied my time with running five miles and then I went to a fun boot camp class. On Sunday I ran five miles and then went to zumba class. The bootcamp class was a great change up. I could see that my dvd workouts are paying off I could hang during the vast majority of the exercises. THis week coming up I have so much going on so I do not want to stress eat as I normally do.

Ok I am glad this is a fat secret yesterday I completely fell off I went to checkers and had fries and a hot dog. Awful but so good. To be honest I do not like their meats but their fries are awesome. To add to this sliding I did not workout this evening and had no reason. I got off work early and just slept and watched tv. Tomorrow I have to get back on board. I can tell all my hard work is falling off.
