ok im getting really annoyed in everyway right now!! i have tried like 6 times to 'change my diet' on here and it keeps giving me an error page-- so im sick of writing this SO for the 7th time i will just right a regualar journal entry and i will change the diet another day... i have decided to start the adkins induction tomorrow!! i was gonna do it today but i had already eaten breakfast when i decided and have consumed 70 carbs-well over the 20 for induction, so im gonna do the low carb thing for the rest of the day and officially start tomorrow! i just dont know what else to do!! Before i had my baby, anytime i got motivated enogh to lose weight all id gave to do is calorie count a exercise-- now nothing i do works so im gonna give adkins a try. i did this when i was in high school for 2 weeks and i remember losing a lot but i didnt stick with it and i dont think i was doing it completely right. so here i go! wish me luck! im sure gonna miss bread and sugar!! haha!

its 1030 am and i have already downed my first 32oz of water.. ive peed like a dozen times!! lol-- really more like 5 times since 5am... but anyway i also did some weights while watching the news... i have a TON of housework to do so hopefully i get it all done in time b4 work. its kinda strange thoug.. i feel more thirsty the more i drink.. maybe my body is telling me something?

not feeling good the past few days... drank some pop i know i shouldnt have... my eliptical hasnt been working properly- i was so depressed about how poorly i was doing that i decided to get on it last night- it didnt work, normally i would have just gone to bed and said screw it! BUT- i decided to go on a run instead. so even though i have a one pound weight gain for the week i still am proud of myself.. my goal is to lose a pound a day for the next week! i want to be at 190 at the next weigh in, so im gonna do everything in my power to do just that!! wish me luck/send me your prayers :D

why does the scale drive me so crazy! i was really excited to get on it this morning bc i just knew id have some weight loss... well-NO! .. i gained a pound! How is that possible??? considering my workout, i ate a hearty luch at 2, and worked my butt off (im a server) i was running around for 4 hours straight- had a sugar free red bull, lots of water, and a cup of cream of asparagus soup at like 8pm. --and I GAINED. ugh! im sad about it today.. grrrrrr! its like why bother not eating as much if im just gonna gain weight... i feel like if i had eaten the salmon that i wanted-- it wouldnt have mattered. i just needed to vent. whew!
