out of the game for a little over a week now, but im back and stronger than ever... i hate that i lose focus so often. why is it that i run away from something that works.???... its really not that hard!!! uuuggghh!

bad couple days, but i still ended up losing a bit of weight. getting ready to go running as we speak! i love the trails when the wheather gets nice =)

i think my body is in starvation mode or a weird early plataue. i said before that i wansnt sure if i was eating enough calories and now i believe it. i have been at 183 for 2 days now, when i was seeing weight loss daily. maybe im over-obsessing about it or its water weight, ???? i dont know but its frustrating. ill try to increase my acitivy level, and eat 1400 today and see what the scale says tomorrow.
