My intentions for today:
easy bike ride - 1 hour 30 minutes
1 hour of working
45 min of swimming
enjoy reading, walking, and family dinner. Laugh, relax, have fun, don't worry about food or sleep. Let it happen organically.

Today is Friday, rest and recovery day but also carb nite. My intentions for today are"
eat in moderation
have a good hard swim workout for exactly one hour
be productive at work with hardly any social media.
be loving to myself as far as no pressure workouts today focus on recovery today work tomorrow. recovery today so i can work hard tomorrow.

Even though it's a yucky miserable day, it is going to be a great one because I had a really great morning so far. 30 min on the bike, 30ish min of HIIT, stairs, slamb ball and abs. Then I had a great swim. Now I;m at work and specman isn't working so I have nothing to do but walk around and exercise. I hope I can work soon though. Even though I thought I would stay all day. I think I'm going to leave early, 1 or 2.
Tuesday sounds like more rain so:
get up, meditate, food prep.
Gold's gym when I feel like it and work heavy weights.
