My intentions for today" have a great bike workout [ ride for one and a half hour, with intervals of intense and recovery thru out. Sauna and stretch, shower, off to work. Work hard, accession, sv's, and reviews until 12. come home work until 2, long walk, and dinner. dinner at 5, moving towards adjustments and have an awesome day. Also going to start logging calories and keeping calories at 2500 from now on, even on carb nite.

Monday - back to work and it feels okay. Had a really great swim this morning and I'm feeling great. Going to work until 12:30. Get home by 1, unload, walk at 1:30. And all will be good in the world.

Friday"
3 to 4 bike and jumprope
430 to 6 gym
630 to 730 eggs and computer
730 to 9 set up tables
9 to 10 walk
10 to 11 computer lunch prep
11 to 1230 lunch and nap
1230 to 2 set up tables
2 to 3 walk
3 to 4 read/rest
4 to the rest of the night carbnite tv relax
no more worrying about yard sale. however it turns out is okay.
saturday will be bike from 4 to 530
6 to 7 open up, put out signs, relax until people show up
close at 11
michael helps at 10 while i fix lunch
afternoon can be walk or gym
sunday will be biking probably and swim

fabulous friday going to work until gym opens - going to have an awesome gym workout then go to work and workfor 2 hours, then come home at work eat lunch and take the rest of the afternoon off. might go back to gym after lunch is its raining if not, walk this afternoon. it's going to be a really awesome day whether its raining or snowing.
