I had too much crappy food yesterday. Actually it was good, but it didnt fit my macs, and I knew it wouldnt.
Ive been feeling kinda down. The weather sucks and I havent been able to do anything outside. I took a nap with my little dog and thanks to my Biden Bucks, I did a little shopping last night, but its still just so dreary outside and I want sunlight.

30 minute Core workout, 30 minute yoga yesterday. I hate starting over in Yoga because it makes me hate yoga in general. My balance and core say that I desperately need it though.

Made it to the gym last night - IN PERSON and it was a super workout! Todays gain is probably from DOMS and high sodium. Maybe some underestimating but I tried to keep it real.
Todays goals are:
Track
Yoga & possible a Core workout
Drink some dang water
Possibly take the dogs for a walk (depending on weather)

Seems like Im mostly maintaining/normal flux so its time to start reeling it in a bit so I can see a drop.
I did Body Combat yesterday (and sucked at it haha), and I already signed up and committed to going to HIIT tonight AT the gym.
Of course the weather is crappy and I dont want to leave the house, but I already had to leave for the Dentist so whats another trip? Its all just excuses anyway.
