Ok...truth day... this is where I am. Its horrible and I've gone through so many emotions BUT... I heard two things that really set my head to thinking.
#1 I control what does and doesn't go into my mouth.
#2 I can not be 'trapped' and can make the change when I need to.
So today, I have remembered these words as I've walked by foods I'd love to stick in my mouth.
A year ago I weighed close to 200 lbs. Today I am 152...I can get this off, FF works and I know it! I've just have to make the decision to change my habits and cravings.

the past few weeks have been horrible. I lost all motivation to stay away from sugar and have been on a sugar fest so to speak.
Today I've recommitted myself. I got outdoors and raked leaves, burned brush with the help of my kids and have maintained a healthy choice kind of day!

Been in bed with the flu since Friday morning. Yick do I feel horrible... aches, pains, headache, dry cough, chills and high fever make for an unhappy me!

Juice fasting day here. I made it through a pizza party camp reunion with my 12 yr old. The smell of pizza (though yummy smelling) didn't tempt me at all. The sight of carrot cake..went by without a thought from me!
