Does anyone have EFS cycle 1, day 1 diet and exercise plan? I forgot my book at home. I was just going to bring it in to work and follow as best I can without planning, but now can't even do that. Help. thanks!

So, I just got back from vacation and didn't follow EFS at all. I actually wasn't planning on bc the diet is so restrictive, I wouldn't have been able to anyway...so why go in with the expectation of following it and just be let down. So...I just went on vacay knowing I would just try to eat healthy. It's the drinkies by the pool that really did it! So, I'm starting back on phase 1, which is where I was at when I left. (I had completed 1 rotation). Since I ate more than I would have on EFS...my stomach is hungry all the time now!!! Anyway...wish me luck on this next week...bc I leave for another mini-vacay in a week.

Like I said before...the true testiment to EFS is if I can break 130 AND stay below. My goal was to get to 125 by this point, but the 4th of July week really got me. I basically lost that week. I leave for vacation this Thursday, so I hope to get to 128 by then. Yes, I know I will be weighing myself more than once this week, but I just need a benchmark to know what I weighed before vacation...and also to see if I met my goal of 128 before leaving on vacation. Wish me luck!!

Gained back 2 pounds! The 4th of July AND a weekend full of family visiting, bday party, dinners out DID NOT help. I guess you could say that I didn't really follow EFS at all last week except for a few meals here and there and working out a few days. I'm back on track starting yesterday and HAVE to stay on track bc I leave for vacation in 9 days!!! I was hoping to get to 125 by then, but with last week's set back, I'd be happy to get to 127/128.
