okay, I've been really embarrassed 😔to clock my new weight. I'm full of excuses, the reality is when work and life got really hard (Covid-19) and all the stress that came with it, the first thing that gave was my health and well-being. All my good effort on forming really good habits gave way. I've been in denial about sharing this truth, but I know I can get back on track. I was so close to my first goal. I'm angry and annoyed at myself, but I know if I want to make progress I can't be any more. I've explored this understanding that as women when things get tough we let go of the things that cause the least harm to other people, regardless of where it puts us and our well-being.
I have to know that I can't do that again, my health does not deserve to be the sacrafice for everything else, it should be the constant. It should be my grounding on which I can handle all the other stresses. How do I do that? I hope that incorporating meditation and stillness for 5 minutes every morning will help me reinforce my individual worth.
Back to the beginning, I'm going to need all the support. Back to logging every meal. All or Nothing! 💪👊💗

Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
30 May 2020
I have fallen off track the last week, going to give myself a week of being back into my exercise and routine before I weigh in again. I was trying this new protein powder, I'm wondering if it made me insatiable, I just kept wanting to eat...the only variable I could think of was that.

for the first time I've actually built some consistency, my eating is on track, LCHF, my portion sizes have successfully reduced significantly. I think because of all that and reduction in calories I'm eating per meal it's easier to fast. much much easier. It's happening very naturally without me pushing myself at all. and the weight is coming off. My exercise is good but could be better, am building it back up slowly. I was so excited to see 94 on the scale...I'm actually doing it!!
