I'm really grateful to see this loss. I'm hoping to maintain it as I go to my check in with the doctor on Monday. My A1C levels continue to be lower bur not certain it is low enough to keep from having to take more meds. We shall see. 🙂

Up again. But my lab work is much better, lowered blood sugar. Also for those of you who have not discovered La Banderita Low Carb soft tacos and tortillas, you're missing out. Tacos are only 20 calories and the Tortillas are 45. All you need is. creativity. I'm having banana soft tacos with olive oil mayo. for a total of about 145 calories. Yummy!
