pengen coba diet ocd tapi katanya harus dibarengi olahraga khususnya angkat beban. tapi males bgt olahraga :( apalagi angkat beban. btw bisa turun ga sih diet ocd tanpa olahraga?

hari ini g makan sayur, rumah makan pada ga buka karna lagi pada nyoblos jadinya makan siangnya apa adanya aja deh biapong stengah isinya dikeluarin + ubi goreng + ayam goreng +saus biapongnya hehe .kalau di fs jumlah kalori 440 tapi belum dihitung saos
