hari ini baru makan 300 kal .untuk memenuhi sampe 1300 kalori makan yg langsung tinggi kal aja deh hehe bubur manado + smoothie bowl avocado

mau tanya dong, jam makan itu pengaruh g sih? misalnya kita makan di jam makan yang berantakan, tapi tetap defisit kalori dan bukan eatclean bisa turun g bbnya?
