Hasil macronutrient-nya.. tinggal pilih mau yg gimana.. Alhamdulillah~ tetep lah dr hasil inipun defisit kalori is the best way, mau metode dietnya kaya apa, menunya kaya apa, silahkan jadi pilihan masing2. semangat!!!
